- What is the unbonding period?
When you choose to undelegate your LUNA, there is a 21-day unbonding period enforced by the Terra protocol. During this time, you do not earn rewards, and your tokens cannot be transferred.
- Is there a risk of losing my funds?
Staking carries a risk called 'slashing'. If a validator misbehaves (double signs) or has significant downtime, a small portion of staked tokens can be slashed. LUNAStaker mitigates this with redundant infrastructure and 24/7 monitoring.
- How often are rewards paid?
Rewards accrue in real-time with every block (approx. every 6 seconds). You can claim them manually at any time via your wallet (Station, Leap, etc.).
- Do I need to send my LUNA to you?
No! Staking is non-custodial. Your LUNA never leaves your wallet. You are simply 'delegating' your voting power to our node.
- What is the commission rate?
We charge a competitive commission (currently 5%) on the rewards you earn. This fee covers server costs and team operations. You keep 100% of your principal.
